We can train at your convenience, meeting virtually online. It’s all about YOU, all in 30 minutes. Together virtual FIT happens!

What equipment is recommended?

You really only need YOU! Suggestions for equipment include a mat, exercise ball, free weights, exercise bands and equipment such as treadmill, bike or rower. When you have your free consultation we can discuss what you’d like to use and what you have available.

We’ll work together to attain your fitness goals with whatever equipment you have accessible.

The key to improving one’s health and fitness is to start from the inside out, and to make achievable goals along the way.
